Gentle Rhythms & Study Vibes

Today’s Colors: Soft Yellow for Warmth, Cool Grey for Calm

This Thursday felt softer than most. Not rushed, not too heavy, just a quiet rhythm that matched how I was feeling.

I woke up around 7 a.m. because my friend had slept over. When they left, I went back into bed and fell asleep again until 10 a.m. Sometimes, your body just needs that rest. I didn’t fight it.

Cleaning, Cooking & Catching a Vibe ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿงน

Once I got up, I started cleaning my space, music playing in the background. There’s something about cleaning while vibing to your favourite songs, it just makes everything feel lighter and more meaningful.

After that, I made myself some food. I took my time and actually enjoyed the process. That small joy of cooking for yourself, in peace? It hits different.

Study Flow & A Sunset Walk ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŒ†

After eating, I went straight into my studies. I have been preparing for a test next week, so I want to stay consistent. I studied until about 5 p.m., then gave myself a break and went for a walk. The fresh air, the quiet… it was the perfect way to clear my head and reset.

When I got back, I relaxed and watched a series on my PC, just something light to end the day with.

๐Ÿ’ก What I Took from Today:

  • Music makes everything feel better, whether you are cleaning or cooking

  • Rest is part of being productive

  • A little fresh air can refresh your mind in ways no screen can

  • Balance is key: study hard, but don’t forget to breathe
